NHS Patients:

NHS patients , who have succeeded in arranging for their GP and Primary Care Trust to approve a funded appointment under the "Choose & Book" system, may make appointment with Mr Shaw at his Spencer Wing consulting room by calling Spencer Wing on 01843 234555 and speaking to Ms Di Daw or Sr Lynne Orrin. You will need to provide written confirmation of PCT funding otherwise you may find yourself liable to costs. Patients can request Mr Shaw to do their surgery through the Choose and Book system. However the procedure must be undertaken at the Spencer Wing site

NHS patients often find the delay in getting a diagnosis frustrating. Mr Shaw can provide speedy assessment and a report for you to take to your NHS appointment.
